Emotional power

Did you ever found yourself in the situation that you had the feeling, that you not listening? Or you yourself something not quite understands?

One of the difficulties of our society today is listening! There is really no one listening to the other! Therefore situations happen often that both think the same and still comes to the misunderstanding! Because none of the others really listens! Everyone wants only to hear his voice, there is no matter what the other thinks, says or talk! Me, me, me and still I! Not long ago, there was a interview between my wife and a slightly higher positioned person when the tax authority! He invited my wife to a discussion regarding cooperation! After the first words of welcome and of knowledge were exchanged, had he left his assistant discussion head of official agency! This was because this area to the area of assistant as much in order fell. The interesting was that the lady came in principle thereof that my wife had asked for this discussion. Nevertheless many times out pointed and repeated several times that her boss to this conversation inviting the lady was not prepared this but accept as fact to throb continues in this discussion, that my wife this conversation would have wanted! Now even if the chief confirmed this, to the lady was not easy to change beginning of discussion. Of course this conversation ended without having had a real meaning and of course without decision! It was namely that my wife this cooperation even not wanted and more respect and correction awareness this talk was. The lady wanted my wife nor in that department! Consequently, both had the same in the sense and yet none came matching on! Means; both think the same, think the same want the same but….the limps understanding from lack of emotional competence! The listening!

As I after a while came together with this man, the conversation came back of course the earlier described situation back. It was the question of, why the cooperation was not able? My answer was, “from lack of professionalism” “and expertise of the women they headed the talk”! After I my friend the situation was further described, he came from the wonder and had quake not out! He could not really believe and we kept it.

This situation I noticed here as an example, because she things us at least two (2) very clearly showing!

On the one which fact that people rarely have a real dialogue and the second we very often have people on lines in our society or experience, not in a position to this position meet. This in turn has some reasons. It is very often the case that people get a specific position because they “are acceptable” or politically same meaning! Again an example; some time ago I needed some employee and I wrote it out in the newspaper and I received very many  applications. The answer was, could use in communication these languages and writes the minimum. So I asked the lady in english whether she could introduce in english! This replied with “Yes”! Then I ask in english to do what she replied, what she didn’t do because she didn’t have quite understood my question! Therefore, the set so please do it “has not quite” understood! But the sentence, are you able to introduce yourself “had allegedly” understood! I doubt this today! The point of this situation is precisely which that people very often with the knowledge pretend, which they do not have and also often nobody which test this is on the other hand and/or really can check. So the logical conclusion that it very often happens is that people on lines come the neither the knowledge have yet these are honest enough to admit. I am saying here of course not, that it is everywhere and that there would be no exceptions. Of course there are companies and companies where everything works as it should be! And of course there are undertakings which is led by people with knowledge and awareness as well as to the policies of emotional competencies. And of course there are companies where very much value on competencies at all, but also the emotional competencies will be encouraged. At the same time these are enterprise which work very well in times of crisis.

Mainly it is about the communication! Communication is the key to the success in all respects and in every situation! The communion is the beginning of everything. Better individuals are educated and here I mean not only the formal education in the sense means- and or higher education, but education at all! It must be absolutely always so that the success only is possible if we have a university degree. I already have this topic another section devoted to some rows. It is rather a question that a man must understand that it can never know everything! It is always someone which somewhat knows what the,- he don’t know! So, which is honestly even opposite the first and most important step? It is important to understand that we also know not everything! It is only great help if we know where we this knowledge find what we need at a certain moment! This is in turn self-knowledge needed! Self-knowledge that I never know everything can! Here an example: an acquaintance of mine had many years ago an idea to establish a business in a particular industry. It was a company in the foam industry. It was necessary to find partners abroad and this was the first hurdle for him. He spoke no other language. So he came to me because he knew that I two speak foreign languages. After about a year the company on its feet was filed and works today! Means that we are honest itself towards and forget the “wrong pride” everything is feasible and achievable. The second step is necessary communication! Without communication is nothing done! Therefore, only the thought, the idea, then communication and after much work, hard work and sweat! These are the basic elements for success. This applies not only in business. The same criteria can we apply in private with same success! Communication is again the magic word. Not ROAR, scream, or even harder measures. Communications may also lively or even intensive. The sound can be increased times but it must remain a communication. As long as we talk, we will find a solution also ever again! No matter what is at stake! By communicating our quality of life is essential increased and improved. The communication is also listening! Hear we others to understand what he wants to say and can respond. Hearing we are another we even his questions understanding and this answers questions. Is equally important that we question also actually respond and how generally with a reverse come. Each answer, and this applies when children ask too. This, it is important to claim that we can harvest only what we saw! At the latest here is clearly that the emotional skills very important this absolutely right and play. It is all the more important that we understand this and accept but much more important is applying this in practice! Your fellow man and environment know to recognize it and thank!
